bought one for 40.00 cleaned up the carb and she runs just fine after sitting for 2 years the pull start was missing i dont know the motor size so i cant buy a new pull starter ive been using a drill to fire it up what size motor is in this generator

I have a 93 which I bought new and I have had a pulse generator go bad but no cdi issues I live in Texas & it being air cooled …also removed by the scoops the head shake @ over 85mph won’t be ignored no matter how much your knees are gripping the tank ! I’d invest in a stabilizer but I’m not on highway that much & the bike already carries too much weight up high!

Before watching your video, I've already watched a dozen other similar videos because owners of this car and other pre-2012 Toyota models, such as Highlanders, Siennas, and Venzas all faced similar issues. In each video, I collected one or two details in parts, tools, or steps that were not available in other videos. For examples: one mechanic took off the bracket that you pushed open wider to make room for the left-most stud removal by unbolting the two bolts that held that bracket. Other mechanics provided the exact torque specs for all the bolts, nuts, and studs, they are all 16 foot-lbs. Last but not least, many owners who found out about this problem on their V6 engines the hard and messy way, didn't have the luxury of time to research and find the best parts options for the job, which is a special service part by Toyota labeled: Pipe Oil Cooler (04004-29131). They ended up buying the same OEM parts in separate packages, which cost two times more in total, or inferior aftermarket parts that everyone complains about.
